Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch o’ salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • However many raisins, if you’re so inclined

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour into greased and floured 9″ baking pan.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°F, or until a toothpick comes clean.
