Pan con Tomate

Serves 4


  • 4 slices of rustic bread
  • 2 red tomatoes*
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Olive oil
  • Salt


  1. Peel a clove of garlic and cut it into halves. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  2. Rub the bread with the cut side of the garlic and then with the cut side of the tomato, squeezing gently. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
