• 2-4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 6ish lemons or 1 cup of lemon juice


  1. Make a simple syrup in a pot: bring one cup of water and sugar to a simmer. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Juice lemons and pour lemon juice into a pitcher. Add cooled syrup and mix well. Dilute to desired taste with 2-3 cups of water. Chill in the fridge and swig.
