Umami Salad Dressing
This recipe is more of an all-purpose sauce that you can put on many things. It’s light enough for a salad and flavored enough to use as a marinade for meat or just tossed into a stirfry. Keeps for ages in the fridge – it’s a pantry staple in our dragon house.

- 6 tbsp of soy sauce
- 6 tbsp of rice vinegar
