Notes from the Kitchen:

Thankfully, every dragon in our household enjoys green vegetables! Spinach, broccoli, green beans, collards, and kale handle the heavy rotation, augmented by carrots, onions, baby corn, and all kinds of squash. With the exception of winter squashes, I usually stir-fry them in a bit of oil in a skillet with some soy sauce and water tossed in about halfway through.
