Notes from the Kitchen:
This makes about enough pizza crust for four 8″ thin crust pizzas. Depending on how crispy you like your crust, you may want to leave your pizzas in for more or less time. Buffalo mozzarella works great as a non-cows milk alternative (much better than vegan cheese, in my opinion).
For some things, whole wheat flour just doesn’t taste as good and pizza dough is one of them. In a pinch, it will work but the general dragon consensus is that regular flour is better. We also regularly use just regular marinara for the sauce – it’s a little more watery but otherwise fine.
