Pan Con Tomate
Ingredients
- 2-3 ripe red tomatoes, cut in half
- cloves of garlic, peeled
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Ciabatta or any rustic-style bread with a crunchy crust.
Preparation
- Cut the bread into 1/2″ slices and toast them until moderately crunchy.
- Slice the peeled garlic in half and rub the halves on one side of each toast slice. Pressing gently, rub the tomato halves over the garlic’ed side of the toast.
- Sprinkle the toast with salt and drizzle with olive oil. And enjoy!
